Necessary to fix an issue with the issue templates since GitHub no longer respects the `.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md` file so am now using the `ISSUE_TEMPLATE` folder with additional links to community and security information. Only a single issue template is being used to reduce the number of choices people have to make. The code view template was also updated to improve the descriptions.
Milestone: minor
Provides a minor reduction in steps necessary to file an issue by
capturing the important details in the overview so the rest of the
issue can focus on the details.
Provides more clarity on the format desired when opening up an issue or
a pull request. The order of sections was rearranged to focus on the
*why* and *what* of the root issue.
Optional sections remain encouraged but are not required.
- This is a copy of the [OSX](https://github.com/bkuhlmann/osx) project
originally released on 2012-03-31. The OSX project has been
deprecated. All future development and support will take place with
this project instead.
- This project uses the *macOS* name in order to better match the
updated branding and terminology used by Apple.
