Andreas Dueren bc5013f160 Fix web app endpoint configuration ...

- Use relative /api endpoint in Dockerfile build
- Remove complex runtime replacement logic
- Simplify start.sh to avoid read-only filesystem issues
- Restore working Caddy configuration
